2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same service (duplicate payment)

  • A billing error occurred on our side

  • The service was not delivered as described

  • You submit a refund request within 7 days of payment

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The troubleshooting or support service has already been completed

  • The issue could not be resolved due to hardware failure or device limitations

  • Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user

  • The request is made after the 7-day refund period

  • The user changes their mind after receiving assistance

4. Service Nature Disclaimer

Our services are based on guidance and troubleshooting support. We do not manufacture printers or control hardware or software limitations of third-party devices. As a result, we cannot guarantee resolution of every issue.

  • Payment details or transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request
